1) follow your own criteria, the rest of us may or may not be right, but what it matters is that you are accountable for your actions and those actions are based only in YOUR criteria
2) I hope (and I don't believe) you're going to loose everything, there is a big chance of recovery. Just be patient.
3) Once your back on your feet, don't risk what you're not willing to loose, hence, sell and settle.
