I wonder why it is not in her Bio in the just released Annual Report? Ms Gadsby will know as she is also Head of the TLM "Audit Committee".
I also note she has been an Independent Director of TLM since April 2008 (a few months after Mr Harmanis put in his Initial Substantial Shareholder Notice).
2 of the other Directors have solid links to Mr Harmanis as well.
