I have rethought and conducted some further enquiries on what difficulties, (eg which govt will regulate the new U mine), once a new U mine is approved by the Feds.
There are no real difficulties. Once, for example, CMR or ARU have proved up their U resource and have Fed approval they simply just proceed. Full steam ahead.
Their is no need for the Feds to have to consider mining regulation. I canot see any realistic or lasting impediments to the mining proceeding.
I have to go out on the water shortly, early start-fireball rather than laser today- so will give details and explain a bit more tomorrow morning.
