With US unemployment now below 8% and expect their housing market to steadily improve, not sure DOW is going to fall much. Maybe a little correction next time someone in Europe sneezes or as we approach that fiscal cliff.
As some small caps have rallied, PEN has performed very poorly in last 6 months, and here's a chart comparing with some industry peers.
BLR and USA are down our way, but PDN, TOE have done well. My simplistic explanation, is the relative shortage of good news (Karoo and brr don't do it) and dare say recent objections for our permit might explain the drop off in past few weeks.
But as punters have pointed out, we're talking low volume and have to bottom sometime. Uranium news should improve after Japanese elections (Dec/Jan?) and as we head into the last year of the megaton to megawat program.
Bloody annoying when your small cap portfolio is heavily weighted with PEN and the others struggle to keep the portfolio from shrinking. Tell yourself it's just a phase, but still not good.
