So due to his arrogance and pigheadedness and him not steeping down when asked to by EXIM has cost us all dearly. If he stepped down we may have still been on track with payments still being made towards finishing off the satellite.

So what if the launch date was pushed back. At least we wouldn't be crippled like we are now.
