Folks, further to my post yesterday (#8876082):
I’ve had a reply from the person in question I sent an email to and they consider the so called Ryst Kuil projects to be a very good buy at the price PEN is going to pay, provided they can be brought to production of course.
Overall they considered an estimate of 50Mlbs at 1000ppm to be a reasonable estimate of what’s under the ground at Ryst Kuil, although it needs to be said that this is an opinion - an informed one nonetheless. Time will tell, but that’s what I’ll be using to get my head around the order of magnitude of the new Karoo tenements in the interim.
I've also had some correspondence with SRK in Denver, CO and the BFS they undertook at the time, commissioned by Uramin, was never released publically. Presumably this got baled up in the changes in ownership from Uramin-Areva etc etc at the time when the project was shelved.
Per Gus's BRR interview today we'll just have to wait then for the relogging of the existing holes.
