I trade on Fidelity active trader pro on the DOW in USA and can buy in Australia. I just received an alert for a Karoon Gas buy back offer for my outstanding shares. This is not available in the USA. The first alert was 10/8/10 and expires 10/14/10. Presently I own KRNGF on pink sheets. I called Fidelity to confirm offer and they validated the post. I do not understand why and they had no reason for the offer at US$6.02 pere share? Why would they want to do this when the curent price is A$9.23.
Fidelity in USA is 800-544-6666 (no joke). Could someone call Fidelity or their broker in Austtralia?
