Production to double from 13.5k/bbls/day to 30k/bbls/day and unit costs/bbl to drop “by half” according to CEO Julian Fowles to below US20/bbl after the 2022 Bauna interventions and Patola expansion. On my math this will deliver quarterly operating cash flow of over US$150m or annual operating cash flow of US$600m or A$800m vs current A$950m market cap.
Am I missing something ? Karoon remains extremely cheap.
