I‘m going to launch my own start-up investment vehicle tomorrow. I want everyone here to buy shares in my IPO, then I’m going to issue some bonds using your cash in my bank as collateral and then without paying back any of that debt, you’re all going to get a big fat dividend. Sound like a plan or a scam?
