see you don't need debt if you have enough of positive free cash flow and company was in that situation until they decide F*** Up with extra 10.5% debt which isn't like debt facility where you take debt as you need but instead they intentionally created debt (so took all money upfront) without needing them on the name of dumbsheet excuse of election in US which many immature on this forum thought the the right thing to do !!!
