GD HP The timing of the report is no fluke....it gives the KAR team plenty of time to "interpret" a somewhat complex report/story to press, brokers etc. I believe that the report is a positive. However, instead of getting a huge boost in price NOW , we are going to have to wait a little longer. Once again KAR have erred on the side of cation.....a behaviour that I support
