I came across your company in some research I was doing this weekend and couldn't believe it. If I haven't got this wrong KAR has; multi-billion barrel assets in stable jurisdictions across the globe, 62% drilling success rate, $553 million in the bank, only 245 million shares on issue, share buy back in place, directors have significant script and are aligned with shareholders, big exploration targets soon to explored, likely to become a significant producer and all going well could start paying some nice dividends into a tight capital structure.
What more could an investor want? There are plenty of horror stories out there at the moment, and lots and lots of O&G companies in difficult circumstances.
In my humble opinion Karoon Gas is the best run Australian oil & gas explorer in the last 10 years, that I know of, bar none.
