Hi All
KAR company metrics suggest that the company is actually doing really very well in my humble opinion. You can argue that the SP is just the awful bearish sentiment in current O&G equities markets. Compare KAR percentage movements with the big Australian producer Woodside over the last six months:

Another thing that might not help, the ASX daily gross short selling report for KAR listed .05% shorted yesterday and the ASX takes no responsibility for the accuracy of it's short selling reports. I bet there's much more KAR shorting driven by current bearish sentiment than this reported volume. It wouldn't cost that much to cover and the SP chart suggests low volatility within the medium term trend and significant news is a fair way away.
If you had the funds and were allowed to short properly, which sectors would you be in at the moment?
