Technically, looks to be toying with the idea of filling the gaps below. This is currently stopping me from climbing back in all guns blazing, it feels like there will be an opportunity at some point, just dont know the reason yet... and TA comments on validity of below pattern from chartists here?

Also, wonder if it's ever occurred to KAR to voluntarily withdraw from the deal to allow Petrobas to proceed with new bidding that complies with the letter of the law? Is it even possible they could find they get it cheaper, now the process is somewhat tainted? The fields will be as good as ever and they could just get going. If they happened to lose them through being out bid, there are other assets they can peruse.
