Assuming a one third share of this project with a new FPSO and full development horizontal drilling for around 33mm bbls is going to require a large chunk of capital. If this is going to require a cap raise at around current share price it will be very dilutive. Would prefer to wait for the share price to better reflect KAR's value before we embark on any cap raises for acquisitions.
