Kept his cards close to his chest in regard to timing of SA float but seemes sure it's going ahead. Made a distinction between the recent large finds in Brazil being deep water while Karoon's acreage is shallow, though did mention a recent good find 4km from KAR Brazilian acreage by a shallow water neighbour. Also made a point that Karoon don't need $4bn cash for there part of the WA trains but will finance against future sales like the rest of the world.
A confident performance from a bruiser of a head honcho.
