I don't actually have any issues with management. They do what they're incentivised to do. If the board wanted decent production, we'd have it - or at least better than what we have. Instead, the board want pain and suffering until the AGM.
But I can see the new board (aren't I presumptuous) wanting their own people running the show. So while I think the management will go because of the new board, I don't know if they're as terrible as everyone makes out. If replacing management is a by-product of the new board - sorry guys - you're collateral damage.
