(800/0.93/255)=$3.37 AUD/share
Can consider this as baseline figure, since the deal value can only go up. How much value is placed on Brazillian/Peruvian assets? The difference between current SP and 3.37 should be a good indicator. Keep in mind the 800m has 200m component milestone payments.
