The Petrobras float was very successful, raising something like $46 billion dollars(correct me if I've got this wrong, it seems such a huge amount) and there was no problem with shares being taken up.
Does anyone know what the minimum allocation of the Petrobras IPO was? And what was the single share price
basis? President Lula ,once a revolutionary socialist but now a very popular leader, would have been concerned
that most Brazilians shared in the country's oil wealth.
