I would buy them if offered to me. Remember they are only issuing 1,030,000 units. If they were 6 bucks each, thats means they would only raise $6,180,000.
$100,000 holding is the worth the same whether unit price is $2.00 or $1,000.00. Also costs are less for company when they start trading.
