Havoline, see my earlier post re KAR and Neon. Post 9332993 on the "its time" thread. KAR is a current example of a junior oiler striking blackgold and the effect it had on their sp. They put on $1.80 for what was a pre drill target of 72MB net to KAR.
Neons Block 105 is a larger target even at Neons net share. Taking into account the different shares on issue between the companies the theoretical success value for Neon would be similar.
