So following on from my thoughts and post yesterday i emailed Redflow with a request to update Share holders as it had been clearly expressed in the Karatha council minutes that Tiec did not tender directly to the KLP solar project.
I believe given this information they should update the market as to any relationship they have with Karatha council and WAAE if indeed there is any. Especially given the previous announcements that RFX is a strong contender.
I did think of calling the council or WAAE , but my understanding of local government is that this would be an issue of commercial in confidence - in any case a contract has not yet been signed, as per council minutes.
The other option would be to have a chat with TIEC, but i sought of think theyd be obliged to keep their mouths shut also. Especially after the foobar of publicly commenting on information that was material to Redflow as Asx listed company.
Access to information should be bound by commercial confidentiality, unless it was openly spoken in the council meeting , of which the minutes dont reflect.
Interesting times
we shall see ,
hopefully we will all here from Redflow shortly
