I don't think power supply will be an issue given yesterday's announcement:
"Tamaya identified the security of power as a key operating risk for Tamaya some time ago, as power shortages in Chile affect copper production across the country. By agreement with Tamaya’s power supplier, a standby diesel generating plant has been installed and commissioned 2 kilometres from the Punitaqui plant, which will provide power in the event of power outages."
