I have a question what is their expected production costs per pound of coppper no mention of that in presentations that I could see.
I see they are mining around around 3000 tonnes of 1.2% copper a day or around 36 tonnes of copper a day if they had 100% recovery.
Going on I am guessing 80% recovery when the mill works that is 29 tonnes of Cu recoverd at US$9000 a tonne spot ($4.00 a pound without credits) that works out at around US $261,000 a day before costs or US$80M a year taking 60 days out of production in the year for maintenance and incline change overs.
I dont know if they have taken out sale contracts for the copper. I am guessing costs are around US$2.50 a pound but need to be enlightened.
