Found in announcement during Feb 14/02/08:
"Cash costs are expected to decline to 1.30 per lb by end of year, with further reductions
anticipated by 2009 once open cut mining is introduced."

Lets see if they can still reach that...

From January Quarterly report:
"C1 cash costs increased 34% to US$ 2.37 per lb payable Cu, due to the purchase of third party ore and lower head grades"

Note they apparently don't need to do that any more so will save some money.
