The company is plummeting into oblivion within two years and the market is not going to bail her out. The board's fee alone is $640k per annum. Last job on any boards for these people...they have done nothing but navel gazing and earn $400k per annum. Notice how none of them have chosen options as part of their renumeration. What a bunch of clowns!
