Remember her. Hopefully when the LNP get into power next week they will initiate a inquiry into the political influence on the flood disaster.


"Peter Allen - the dam safety director at the Department of Environment and Resource Management - told the inquiry under oath last month that, while he reported to Stephen Robertson when he was helping draw up a briefing for an emergency Cabinet meeting on January 17, 2011, "from a dam safety perspective, I reported to another minister.

Peter Callaghan, senior counsel assisting the inquiry, did not ask Mr Allen who the other minister was. But Ms Jones was the only other minister at DERM at the time.

When The Courier-Mail asked for clarification this week, DERM responded by telling the flood inquiry that Mr Allen had been mistaken."
