    "Uran has undertaken to prepare a proposal on participation in a consortium to acquire a 50% interest in the large underground Novoconstantinovskoye uranium mine."

    Who wants in and what will they offer to get a place in the consortium. The Novokonstantinovsk project is huge and I would think there could be some horse trading coming up IMO.
