In relation to Gluten , there was a Professor on YouTube giving a lecture saying that no human can tolerate gluten! He didn’t even mention the problems from Glyphosate which comes from eating grains.
The other two extremely common allergens are dairy and egg whites.
It’s very difficult to test for these things without a total elimination diet. Which can take many months to diet correctly. But well worth it. Eliminating allergens can make amazing difference to the quality of life for most people. No matter what chronic issues they may have!
