Mel great to hear continued physical improvements and sorry to hear that verbal communication is lagging behind.
We do know the miracle of reversing neurological deficits continues on for at least 12 months and probably longer:
I find the fact that any changes are seen within weeks and months as miraculous.
I also believe that improvements from Daybue may not just occur from normalisation of the neurophysiological mechanisms but also from the learning or relearning of physical and communicative skills.
Does Katelin have any speech therapy? If not it may be worth a try.
It’s early days yet and hopefully all your wishes for Katelin come to fruition.
