Hi Mel, yes you need to consider that there maybe other reasons why she is having this problem, and then perhaps Daybue is exacerbating it. I had chronic diarrhoea and indigestion for nearly 20 years after a severe bout of food poisoning. All kinds of test were done (for the diarrhoea) and they found nothing. In the end I had to go on a month long dose of strong, both gram negative and gram positive antibiotics for 6 weeks for something else, and amazingly all my gut issues were resolved completely and have never come back. that was 2 years ago. The stomach problems turned out to be a H Pylori infection but the cause of the diarrhoea was never diagnosed. I used Kenacomb ointment to deal with the bum irritations. It is an anti fungal and worked were nothing else would. Cheers and good luck.
