I would say more has been released relating to the successful negotiations of the finance partner since that time and is also factored in. anything we know or are expecting is factored in. Its what we are not expecting that creates more price movements in my experience.

I believe finance would have a greater impact on share price movements as that would de risk the project a lot. Maybe there will be some unexpected news in the DFS that ppl may like or dislike who knows. I would say the price currently has the expected results of the dfs factored in though.
