The easy way around that is for board members to wake up on the day a meeing is to be held and say you are a female. Ahhhhhhh! I get it now. Kean is promoting Men turned Women (ie former men) in women's sport so he can stack boards and Guvnut bodies with MEN disguised as WOMEN! Hmmmmmmm!
