Correct, they are that dumb.
NSDAP did promote an insidious nationalist
agenda that had a form of socialism as part
of its core. Indoctrination and control of every aspect
of the lives of the German people was a fundamental
component. International criminal opportunists would
also describe them. "Nuts" also applies.
