Know a few folk who took on roles recently.
it's an absolute mess. One bloke left after one swing, another is wishing he'd stayed where he was and will be calling his previous employer and asking for his job back.
You only see what they want you to see in the glossy brochures and videos. Massive cost blow-out coming and future maintenance is going to be a nightmare.
Very happy to have taken the 5% profit out of this and move on.
