and meanwhile the ATO stands back and waits and waits - did the Union pay FBT? Or did the Union official declare his extra pecuniary interests in his tax return?
No doubt they will now say it wasn't FBT!
As least we now know, thanks to the NSW police, that the credit card charges were from the male in question!
