Maybe its about time Governments did some cost benefit analsyis on building more roads.

Sigh. We're all experts here arent we.

Govts provide infrastructure that dont have the same investment criteria used by the private sector.

If one did a cost benefit analysis on government expenditure, many rural areas, for e.g., wouldnt have (1) roads (2) electricity (3) telephone services (4) mail box (5) etc.

Lucky for our rural folk, the Govt dont need to undertake CBAs.
