Yeah no idea on motives of the sellers. News is slow which doesn’t help. Look at AVB and TLM before they got acquired in the last couple months.. their SP got ground down and down till a buyer snapped it up.. not exactly suggesting a conspiracy theory of someone controlling price buts it’s been some weird selling and I wouldnt be surprised.
Bit of news of A4 would be good but I get the feeling A4 is not the most prospective target and they have stated the reason they are drilling it first is that it’s only 8km from T3 - which will be very value accretive with minimal capex. But there’s plenty of other targets out there..
