the facts dont count when Labor want to scare - it is the weaponising in the media of an alleged sexual assault before the person has even gone to the police ( plus ongoing public discourse meaning any legal case is torn to shreds!) by Labor operatives which has caused harm to the criminal and judicial processes such that it may deter reporting by victims -( that's if it makes any difference at all to reporting in future!)
