That scoldy Katy has now flatly denied misleading parliament, rather than concede she mispoke or something, suggests her indignant outburst in the Senate committee was deliberate.

To deliberately mislead parliament is no small matter which, at the very least, renders her ministerial position untenable IMO.

Otherwise by digging her heels in this issue will dog Labor and become all consuming. Ultimately it will get to the point where Labor will be forced to cut her loose. Political road kill, how ironic that would be.
