Wasn't suggesting a re-trial. I was suggesting the option to continue the trial after the jury was dismissed as a judge only trial is open to the prosecution OR defence AND either party can reject the option. I don't know if the option was offered by either side but it didn't proceed for whatever reason. Bruce is pissed the trial was aborted without the opportunity to clear his name - his words. I believe this option was open but rejected by one side. Which side is the question and for what reason.
