Not drinking kava today but went fairly hard last week, drinking around 300gms or 2 x 150gm packs.

The day after my biggest session, I was in the zone for around 12 hours that day and night, I got a liver function test as a had a referral on hand. Low and behold, I just got my best ever ALT and AST scores.... ever. So, no evidence of increased enzymes on short term reasonably heavy use. On the flip side the kava buzz has replaced the alcohol buzz, so I have not consumed alcohol for weeks.

Next kava session for me will be after I receive my 90 shots, so, this week some time. I will come on here and blog about how the shots make me feel. No limit on how many I will take yet. I will just use the kava force.

Also, just learned something new... if you put some rock sea salt under your tongue before a kava session, letting it dissolve and spitting out any salty saliva excess, so that the salt enters your blood stream and not your digestive system, then drink 1:1 water for every kava you drink your experience will be greatly heightened apparently. The sodium (in the salt) and potassium (in the kava) interact for a pleasurable hydration experience. Apparently a well hydrated Noble Kava session brings out the happy even more.
