    Hi JayDubbya,

    I take a big heaped teaspoon in about the same amount of water and skull it. I could do 3 or 4 of these in a night. The best one is the first one though. It took me a few weeks to enjoy the process. Initially I felt a bit nauseous on occasions. I prefer it over a beer now. It would be good to sit on a drink as opposed to the skull. Just haven't worked that process out yet. I'm not keen on adding sugar and calories. I've got some at my desk at work so I might slam one just now.!!
