Thanks for that Gizmo (the above summary is just for me to get perspective on their impressive production rampup) I had no idea until your post as to Kazakstan's importance. By no means do I suggest extrapolating the above progression until 2016 as I have no idea on the countries ability to do so. I assume you think those with capacity will not withhold it indeed will "do a Kaz" (increase production) for the next couple so as to squeeze out the marginals and then use their relative strength, and increased cashflow from said increases to go shopping, classic play really. No one doubts the coming shortage and yet the U chart is in one direction only, from the weak to the strong. Long term contract prices, aka opaque markets, tend to support such control/scenarios.
