I found a reference on the ASX site to S1, which means the trade price was at 1/10 th of the price difference. Maybe S3 means it was 3/10 ths. The XT I guess is a cross trade.
So that would suggest a trade between two clients of the same broker at a negotiated 'middle ground' price. Could even be someone getting their broker to transfer their personal shares into their super fund, i.e. a simple change of ownership.
