I have talked with Geoff last year re Lic to export.
They made a few mistakes on paper and then a ministry change. The current JPR board have stated lic. is expected to be issued this quarter...........
What ever you all think you will have to agree we have some agressive buyers at 4.5c although not on large volumes ....YET,,, 247
