Well.. there.. is a new twist,or perhaps why LYC bought into NTU.
I cant recall reading about any Rare Earth mining in Kazakhstan,so I read on as to who is supplying this new Plant.
Kaz. is the worlds largest producer of uraniums as all Investors know .(also 9th largest country in the world)..and here was the answer..The HREE,s are being sourced from Uranium tailings.(Looking to mine rare earth.yes.well actually the havent started looking yet)
QLD,late but eventally ok,d uranium mining,so while its obvious where uranim is heading...they were/are facing waste disposal probems.
Now their tailings have a new story..worth its weight in HREE,s.
It only cost $30m to establish this Plant in KAZ...so separating HREE,s from Uranium tailings seems (uderstatement) much cheaper then LAMP.
LYC could stick a similar plant in WA..NT...QLD...and get change from $100m...phase 3-4-5.
    Just sunday musing.
