Interesting interview . Essentially confirmed 20m lbs has gone from this years global production. Worst case upto 50m lbs if new well heads can't be sunk and ready before the onset of Winter. while this doesn't account for all of the 50m lb loss there seems to be no rush to restart in other jurisdictions.
Other key point from Kazatomprom interview if they had to buy some spot to fulfill contracts at higher prices the average across their existing and spot combined still very profitable with an ASIC of $13.
