I'd complain if mgmt. was not buying shares (not to mention on the open market), but not about their timing of buys. I'd also say that the share

price is not something management can control, unless they want to do a G. Kelly style hype-fest. That kind of thing only works for so long without

data, though.

I wouldn't suggest that info on the drug "outside the body" be released. (Your next to last paragraph)
