I’m really at a loss for why you want the company to pump the share price. Makes no sense. Let the data come out and do the talking. Look at the chart over the last year and a half. Probably the healthiest looking biotech chart on the asx and you want them to go pumping it before data readouts. Pumping it will make no difference to the long term price or any future offers. It will always settle where it should according to the science and in the future, it will be directly related to what any interested party is willing to offer according to a proven market value. The science is the proof, and therefore the important factor in any value. Likewise, there is no proof that a data release for the nasdaq to trade on first will make any significant difference to the sp. especially in the longterm.

We all know that the market cap is higher then CR’s causes less dilution. That is a good reason for having a SP that reflects the true value of the company.
